Employee Spotlight: Michelle Spicer
This past season we welcomed a new member of staff to our HR department. Michelle Spicer joined us at Caneel Bay Resort at the beginning of May as Assistant Director of Human Resources
We asked Michelle about her experience at the resort so far:
How did your career bring you to Caneel? I have been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years! My goal was to experience the culture and bring some new and innovative ways to engage employees! Drive results thorough talent management.
What do you love most about the resort? Its beauty and history
Do you have a favorite place you have visited on St. John outside of Caneel Bay Resort? I love the sunset cruises – breath taking!
Why do you think our guests keep coming back year after year? I read all of our guest comment cards – it’s the people and the beautiful resort!
